We build two kinds of funnels, and they both capture leads. The right one for you isn't about budget — it comes down to one thing: how warm your traffic is. Here's how to tell in about two minutes.
Warm traffic already half-knows you — referrals, repeat visitors, people who found you on Google or follow you on social. They arrive with a bit of trust already in place. They just need a reason to leave their email. That's a Lead Funnel.
Cold traffic is total strangers — people clicking a paid ad who've never heard of you. They don't trust you yet, and a page alone won't change that. They have to be sold before they'll act. That's a VSL Funnel — where a sales video does the convincing.
That's the whole decision. Everything below just helps you place yourself on the cold-to-warm scale.
Both funnels share the same machinery — an opt-in, a follow-up sequence, the works. The real difference is what does the convincing: a page, or a video.
* Don't want to be on camera? On either funnel we can produce the video for you with an AI avatar, for an added cost. On a Lead Funnel we'll also write the page scripts; on a VSL Funnel the script is already written and included — you'd just skip filming.
Read both lists. Whichever one sounds more like your business is your answer — and there's no wrong choice, only a right-fit one.
Once you've picked a funnel, there's one more lever: what it asks a visitor to do. Both funnels end in the same place — a booked call or a quote request — but they can get there two ways. Capture the email first and nurture, or send people straight to the booking. It's the same cold-vs-warm question, one level down.
The strongest setup often does both: capture the email as the main action, with a small "ready now? book →" link for the few who are. You keep everyone, and you never make a hot lead wait. Capturing first doesn't replace the booking — it adds a safety net in front of it, so the page, the follow-up emails, and the final step all still point at the same booked call.
If you get referrals and run ads, the two funnels work side by side: the VSL funnel handles your cold paid traffic, while the lead funnel catches everyone warm. Most businesses start with one and add the other as they grow — usually a lead funnel first, then a VSL funnel once they turn ads on. They're two rungs of one ladder, not an either-or.
Tell us where your traffic comes from and we'll point you at the right one — even if that's the cheaper one. No pressure, no pitch.
